Understand the necessities of each project in detail
Go through existing labor force pools to figure out which candidate will meet the clients’ requirements accurately.
Prepare and enlist temporary staff individuals and guarantee that they know about their obligations and time tables.
Make timesheets to log staff hours.
Endorse timesheets by organizing efforts with the operations manager.
Help line managers in guaranteeing that all activities (in site/ yard) are being performed
Handle reporting and staff enlistment and enrollment exercises, on daily basis
Oversee and run tasks of various shifts and guarantee that any rotation shifts are considered.
Identifying and resolving workplace problems that appear suddenly (pop – up tasks).
Provide safe working environment to employees and customers through efficient & ongoing HSE training programs.
Monitor and update database information related to store actual status.
Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers and other project users to gauge satisfaction and success (Ongoing quality assurance process ).
Close monitoring of jobs and providence of necessary updates to internal divisions.
Full charge of documents’ filing affairs
To supervise all pre- arrangements steps before execution of clients’ orders
Full responsibility for the yard tidiness & cleanliness.
