- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing )
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products.
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting store's -commitment to our customer.
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products.
Job Requirements
- University graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
- Proven experience in a high end brands is an Asset.
- Experience with POS systems is a plus
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Presentable, Flexible, has good communication and sales skills.
- Flexible with working on shifts basis.
