Job Description
- To deliver transactional and specialist HR services to markets across our business
- Ensures standardized HR processes are effectively implemented and services are delivered in a consistent and common way across different markets, monitoring escalations and identifying and implementing opportunities for improvements
- Delivers integrated, high-quality and responsive people process improvements, aligned to our people and business priorities with an agreed process-related methodology
- Promotes clear documentation of HR processes, business rules, metrics and standard operating procedures with HR; ensures processes are reviewed and aligned on a regular basis
- Monitors the completion of queries from local markets and seek feedback to continually identify opportunities to improve processes and service that support business requirements
- Builds knowledge of local customs and employment laws, applying this to improve delivery of services and ensures processes remain compliant with local regulatory/statutory requirements
- Workday experience is a plus.
