Job Description

  • To deliver transactional and specialist HR services to markets across our business
  • Ensures standardized HR processes are effectively implemented and services are delivered in a consistent and common way across different markets, monitoring escalations and identifying and implementing opportunities for improvements
  • Delivers integrated, high-quality and responsive people process improvements, aligned to our people and business priorities with an agreed process-related methodology
  • Promotes clear documentation of HR processes, business rules, metrics and standard operating procedures with HR; ensures processes are reviewed and aligned on a regular basis
  • Monitors the completion of queries from local markets and seek feedback to continually identify opportunities to improve processes and service that support business requirements
  • Builds knowledge of local customs and employment laws, applying this to improve delivery of services and ensures processes remain compliant with local regulatory/statutory requirements
  • Workday experience is a plus.

  • Excellent people management skills
  • Analytical and goal-oriented
  • Experience with HR metrics
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field
