Job Description
We are looking for a Senior iOS Developer who will be responsible for working on different layers of the iOS apps. He will also help maintain code quality, organization, and a continuous integration system.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and build applications for the iOS platform
- Build applications from scratch, and push them to AppStore
- Influence every aspect of the iOS development process from API creation, design, and product
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Job Requirements
- Proficient with Objective-C and Swift, and Cocoa Touch
- Knowledge of oAuth and authentication methods with backend APIs like Salesforce
- Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
- Expertise with REST APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
- Expertise in Autolayout for iPhone/iPad (iWatch, depending on the project)
- Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards
- Understanding iOS design patterns
- Understanding bug tracking/logging frameworks
- Expertise in multithreading
- Understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines
- Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools {{such as Instruments and Shark, depending on project needs}}
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
- Knack for benchmarking and optimization
- Proficient understanding of Git and Bitbucket
- Understanding of code review tools like Bitbucket Pull Requests
- Experience with continuous integration using CodeShip, Jenkins, or Bamboo
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of work experience.
- Good command of English
