Job Description
• Preparing and planning the schedule maintenance for all electrical equipment & mechanical equipments by following the manufacturing guidelines, and third-party contractors’ visits.
-Maintaining Generators, all Distribution panels, Electrical Rooms & HVAC equipment: replacing filters, belts, bearings, lubrication.
• Finding out the reasons of noise and vibrations and adjust them.
• Maintaining boilers, diesel engines, pumps, condensers, generators and compressors.
• Preparing and planning the schedule maintenance for all electrical equipment, mechanical equipment, and civil works by following the manufacturing guidelines, and third-party contractors’ visits.
• Maintaining Generators, all Distribution panels, Electrical Rooms & HVAC equipment: replacing filters, belts, bearings, lubrication.
• Monitoring all laundry and kitchen equipment.
• Maintaining work schedule in accordance with the preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose breakdown problems and solving them.
• Repairing interior, exterior areas of the building as required on day to day.
Recording repairs made or areas needing further attention, & monitor the daily utility reading data.
• Maintaining the engineering material storage, maintenance tools, equipment, and engineering workshops.
• Assist the department heads for budgeting, procurement, capital projects of relative machines.
Solid knowledge in GAHAR or JCI hands-on.
Job Requirements
- BSC in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 7-10 years of experience in Maintenance at Private Hospitals.
- GAHAR or JCI Hands-on is a plus.
