Job Description

  • Manage and maintain CEO’s calendar including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings and conference calls.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for executives and top management.
  • Ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis and may manage the support staff.
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
  • Organize the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment price negotiations with office vendors
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Greeting Visitors.
  • Follow up on sales team meetings and attendance.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration
  • Presentable with good looking
  • Purchasing background is required
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
