Job Description
- Manage and maintain CEO’s calendar including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings and conference calls.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for executives and top management.
- Ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis and may manage the support staff.
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
- Organize the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment price negotiations with office vendors
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Greeting Visitors.
- Follow up on sales team meetings and attendance.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration
- Presentable with good looking
- Purchasing background is required
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
