Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Researches and develops strategies and plans to identify marketing opportunities for Scope IMS; designs and directs implementation of corporate-level marketing initiatives, activities, and programs on behalf of the Company.
- The ideal candidate has the vision and drive to try new approaches based on data, experience and instincts.
- The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, development and implementation of all the marketing strategies and marketing communication activities, both external and internal.
- Generate new approaches, unique ideas, and creative strategies and executions, for driving new levels of user engagement.
- Conducting Branding Strategy internally and externally.
- Conducting Marketing Surveys to measure and develop the marketing strategy.
- Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of marketing programs, working closely with sales to drive positive results.
- Responsible for the Events, Exhibitions, newsletter, and the web site as appropriate.
- Developing the appropriate suggesting program to analyze the sales of service quality.
- Conduct Market research Studies to develop, package and price new products and services.
- Negotiate the booth space price, designs the booth and prepares all relevant print out materials distributed during exhibition.
- Conducts Marketing campaigns to launch new service/ products.
- Endorses marketing activities with the sales department.
- Establishes and implements short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates operational effectiveness, and effects changes required for improvement.
- Develops and implements marketing programs, publicity efforts, and advertising campaigns; prepares budget estimates for promotional campaigns and participates in the identification and resolution of related problems.
- Designs, writes, edits, and oversees the production of printed promotional and informational materials, to include catalogue pages, brochures, and flyers; negotiates directly with vendors regarding media cost, placement, and production scheduling.

- Knowledge of marketing media.
- Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.

- Knowledge of advertising principles, strategies and techniques.
- Knowledge of advertising requirements pertaining to a range of media.
- Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
- Knowledge of communication principles, media, and marketing techniques.
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate media activities and special events.
- Bachelor's degree from recognized University in Business Administration with Marketing Core.
- At least 8 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Fluent in English is a Must
