Job Description
- Responsible for store and salesmen's target achievement.
- Follow up attendance schedule and daily checklist with the manager.
- Responsible for the store standards, including stock and cleanliness with the manager.
- Work on Training and developing new employees.
- Assist customers whenever necessary.
- Motivate the sales team and work on achieving the branch target.
- Send weekly reports and feedback to HR and Head of Sales.
- Ensure up-to-date window display in cooperation with the manager.
Job Requirements
- 4 years of experience
- Good at MS office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- One year experience in the same field at least.
- Experienced in “Retail Pro 9”.
