Job Description
- Choosing the most appropriate suppliers, conducting a study of quotations and comparison, and choosing the best with the highest quality and lowest price, in order to provide the main objective of the job.
- Management and direct supervision of the employees of the Technical Procurement Department and follow-up on the performance of their work.
- Coordinating and organizing work steps, monitoring their progress, following up on implementation and evaluating performance in order to raise the efficiency of the department's employees.
- Supervising purchase requests submitted by various departments, approving and amending them if possible, and submitting proposals.
- Follow up and supervise the issuance of checks for supply orders and delivery of checks to suppliers.
- Submit the necessary periodic reports to the line manager upon request.
