Job Description
- At MG Developments, we believe that our people are our main asset, thus we thrive when they do. We are currently looking for an additional member to MG Developments family as an HR Recruitment specialist.
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
- Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- BS Degree is a must Working conditions:
- Full time job.
- Working hours from 10 am to 7 pm. * 2 Day off (Friday&Saturday).
- Location:– Nasr City.
Job Requirements
- Experience in the same field at least 5 -7 years.
- Excellent proficiency in English Highly Presentable Flexible team-player and supportive to them at all times.
- The ideal person will be a natural multi-task, work well under deadlines Fast Learner and very good communication skills Computer skills
- BS Degree is a must Working conditions:
