Job Description
- Handle all incoming calls, composing correspondence, visitors and all meeting work.
- Manage all documents, notes and project papers of the assigned member.
- Follow-up of correspondence with the Board of Directors and follow-up of correspondence with them.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
- Follow-up and coordinate meetings of the designated member and attention to display tools such as screens, audio and hospitality.
- Ensure that all required reports are sent from managers to the assigned member on time and are consistent with requirements.
- Ensure that all travel documents and logistics are in line with company standards.
- Meet visitors and guide them to the relevant departments.
- Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor degree or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in office administration
- Very good Command of Arabic & English language skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
