Job Description

  • Responsible for day to day arrangements from manager to other departments.
  • Attend and write down Meeting Minutes in order to send it back to meeting attendees with agreed points in meeting.
  • Archiving all needed documents when requested from manager.
  • Receive and collect any information needed from any department whenever requested from manager.
  • Handle any administrative office issue assigned to her by manager from Manager office to other departments or from the departments to the Manager in order to solve any issue needed quickly.

 

Job Requirements

  • Representative.
  • Can handle communication with employees formally and gently.
  • Ability to handle problems if any till Manager decide what to do (if busy)
  • Perfect time management skills.
  • Perfect Communication skills.
  • Very Organized.
  • Excellent Micro soft skills (word -Excel-PowerPoint)
  • Very good English .
  • Ability to handle many tasks at time if needed.
