Job Description
Assessment Design and Development:
- Lead the design and development of valid and reliable assessment tools, including tests, exams, and other evaluation methods.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to ensure assessments align with learning objectives and curriculum standards.
Supervision of Assessment Practices:
- Oversee the administration of assessments within the educational institution.
- Ensure standardized procedures for test administration, security, and integrity.
Data Collection and Analysis:
- Supervise the collection and analysis of assessment data using statistical methods and educational measurement techniques.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve teaching and learning.
Program Evaluation:
- Manage the evaluation of educational programs to assess their impact on student outcomes and overall effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop evaluation frameworks and methodologies.
Professional Development:
- Provide training and professional development for educators on assessment practices, data interpretation, and program evaluation.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and advancements in educational measurement and evaluation.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in one of the branches of education with a grade of at least very good
Master's or PhD in educational measurement and evaluation from one of the recognized universities.
Experiences:
Experience in the field of evaluating the elements of the educational process of not less than 8 years.
Experience in building spoken and standard tests.
Ability to analyze test results and write reports.
Ability to build questionnaires and measurement and evaluation tools in various educational fields.Experience in statistical analysis using classical theory programs in measurement such as SPSS program of not less than 3 years.
• Experience in statistical analysis using paragraph response theory programs such as bilog, Minitab, X caliber, Iteman not less than 3 years.
