Job Description

Sales Office Coordinator and Administrative Officer (Cairo office)

1-Monitoring and maintaining office equipment,  and inventory supplies . 

2- Organize a filing system for important and  confidential company documents .

3- Maintain a company calendar and  schedule appointments . 

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Male or female
  • Preferably, College Graduate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellant organization and time management skills
  • A Good Command of the English Language
