Job Description
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Participate at day to day operation
- Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation.
- Assist into keeping employees hiring documents completed.
- Responsible for Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
- Manage & update employee’s files.
- Reviewing the company policies and ensuring the employees commitment regarding the policies.
- Develop and prepare HR monthly reports.
- Performs administrative duties in support of the maintenance of employee records, including personnel status updates, terminations, and new hires.
- Filling all Hiring documents.
- Strong experience in all aspect of labor office and social insurance regulation and requirements, including; enforcing adherence to requirements and advising on needed actions.
- Securing the confidentiality of the organization’s information, and actively implementing the code of ethics.
- Implementing and administering employee policies, while continuously identifying ways to improve policies and procedures
- Follow-up and prepare all attendance management with all related process including annual vacations, permissions, and penalty etc.
- Responsible for on boarding process for the new employee including an orientation process with regular follow up.
Job Requirements
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Additional HR training will be a plus
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
- 2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator (essential).
