Job Description
We are looking for interior / Exteriors Designer responsible for developing the following :
- Plan and organize the design of commercial and domestic interiors. Projects may take place in a range of settings, including: – Office spaces and Villas. – Retail locations, such as showrooms. – Residential developments.
- Developing initial ideas and acquiring key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in detail
- Understanding clients’ needs, developing design concepts in consultation with the client and establishing final briefs. Researching and gathering information and photographs relating to the project. Sourcing products, e.g. fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes, decoration.
- Preparing detailed working drawings, designs plans, models and schemes
Job Requirements
Candidates shall have the following Skills :
- Often using computer-aided design. (CAD), 3D max, Revit, .Working in a team with other designers.
- Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry. Skills: 2-5 years 'experience in any Design consultancy or Architecture/interiors or related field. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
- Candidate will be expected to provide and review work samples which speak for your experience and impact. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfortable in internal and external design
- Familiarity with CAD, Revit and 3D Max, ability to read architectural construction documents and shop drawings
