Job Description

I. Reasonable awareness & knowledge of the following Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of payroll process including all variables (new hires, terminations, attendance, ...)
  • Responsible for all personnel activities including (filling, database, contracts, forms, …)
  • Responsible for all employee’s benefits (medical insurance, bank accounts, premium, valu, …)
  • Administer all employee relations (HR letter, experience letter, payment request, …)
  • Designing reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for top management.
  • Assist in creating grading system & salary structure.

III.  Qualifications:

  • BSc of Accounting, Business Administration, or Law

 

IV.  Experience: 

  • 2 - 4 Years of experience in a similar position
