Job Description
I. Reasonable awareness & knowledge of the following Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of payroll process including all variables (new hires, terminations, attendance, ...)
- Responsible for all personnel activities including (filling, database, contracts, forms, …)
- Responsible for all employee’s benefits (medical insurance, bank accounts, premium, valu, …)
- Administer all employee relations (HR letter, experience letter, payment request, …)
- Designing reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for top management.
- Assist in creating grading system & salary structure.
