Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for opening/closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good interested customer relationships. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Answering questions about products or the company.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Job Requirements
An effective Telesales Representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent degree is required.
- Foreigners are welcome to apply.
- Both genders are welcome to apply.
- English level required: Excellent up to fluent.
- DME Experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

- Basic Salary: 4500 EGP NET + Attractive Unlimited commission.

- Uber allowance back home for females.
- Location: Maadi, Cairo.
- Working hours: 3:00 PM till 12:00 AM. (Two days off (Saturday & Sunday).
