Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Job Objective: Responsible for financial planning and analysis, allowing the organization to determine the best use of resources to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

Accountable for the Budgeting & Planning

• Drives financial leadership of the company’s planning, budgeting, and analysis processes.
• Supports in building multi-year plans and financial modeling.

Conducts varies Analysis

• Variance analysis and trend analysis.

Prepares the Reporting & Consolidation

• Creates Financial statements consolidation and reporting.
• Prepares Monthly pack (PRM) with a full analysis of financial results along with business justifications.

Responsible for Internal Controls

• Ensures proper development and application of effective internal controls processes and provide early warnings of potential business risks and expected impact on operations.

Provide Financial Advice

• Advises and sourcing long-term financing.

Monitors Cash Management

• Controls cash flow and cash management.

Supports with effective instant Decisions

• Builds business cases to support Top management in key strategic decision-Making.
• Makes Decision Analysis.

Seeks Investment opportunities

• investigates ways to improve profitability, and analyze markets for business opportunities, such as expansion, mergers, or acquisitions
