Job Description
- Conducts needs analysis studies -based on employees' annual performance appraisal - and confers with managers a supervisors to determine training needs and programs for each employee
- Contribute towards the business as a whole in identifying process improvements, improvements in policies and procedures and any other service innovation changes that would improve the client experience.
- Talent Management Manager Designs and implements programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage organization's talent pool.
- Send training status report, post evaluation report and training assessment report on monthly basis to Director
- Evaluates and provides reports regarding the effectiveness of the organization talent strategies
- Responsible for the announcement of any training programs opportunities across all employees and coordinate with the training providers if it is within annual training budget.
- Responsible for the allocation of the annual training budget in coordination with the employee's department head
- Manages the coordination with the Training and development department with the Holding co to provide and schedule training programs for employees
- Responsible for providing the Training and development department All the data needed from employees to complete development projects (such as the 360 degree feedback form Satisfaction surveys
