Job Description
- Review, comment and approve LC systems design received from consultants and or system integrators.
- Review, comment and approve technical proposals received from suppliers.
- Propose a design for LC systems (FA, CCTV, PA and SOUND, DATA and Voice Network, BMS, MATV, Disable, Nurse Call, Master Alarm clock…) for a small and medium scale spaces. The design shall include concept and detailed design, riser diagram, bill of quantity, and technical specs.
- Supervise the test and commission phase of the LC systems in coordination of implementation.
- Approve the final handover according to the approved design and scenario of operation.
- Approve the system final handover.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Engineer in one of the following specialties (preference as per the order)
- Electricity (Section Control)
- Mechatronics
- Training courses and certificates in related and ELV Systems are highly recommended.
- Advanced Control Knowledge is a must.
- BMS and SCADA Knowledge is preferred.
Experience requirement
Minimum 5 years in the field of ELV systems.
Preferred Skills
- Capable of organizing and presenting work to managers and decision makers.
Able to manage the time and priorities.
Self-motivation and initiative
- Good command of English both written and spoken
