Job Description
• Understand project requirements and concepts
• Create and execute social media strategies and monthly content that you will be handling.
• Use various techniques to create drafts, models and prototypes and mock ups.
• Produce final design solutions (e.g. logos, banners, packaging designs, interfaces, presentations)
• Pitch creative ideas that enhance projects.
• Collaborate with team members to launch designs and campaigns.
• Take on special design tasks to support multiple projects (e.g. color correction or illustrations and pattern design).
• Use feedback from leaders to improve work.
• Create GIFFS, Motion Graphics, Story posts, feed posts, internal designs.
• Come up with the content for social media and campaigns through concepts and ideas.
• Articulate and demonstrate the Company Mission, Vision and Values.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer/Marketing Specialist in a creative/advertising and marketing agency.
- BSc/BA in Design or a related field is mandatory.
- Thorough experience with design software and graphics editing tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design and all Adobe software. Also Desktop publishing tools.
- Skilled with design techniques (e.g. prototyping and mock ups).
- Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts).
- Excellent communication ability (English & Arabic).
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
- A keen eye for detail (for example shading, lighting, typographic skills) .
- Positive, pro-active, flexible, and problem-solving aptitude.
