Job Description
- Scheduling the maintenance activities to ensure that machinery is in good working order at all times
- Evaluating possible causes of machinery failures and taking corrective action where needed
- Responding to breakdowns and diagnosing faults
- Supervising and training the engineering and technical staff
- Ensuring that production targets and budgets are met in respect of efficiency, minimum wastage, and operating rates
- Maintaining the statistical and financial records in addition to reviewing the daily work orders and provide reports
- Enforcing the health and safety rules and fire regulations, and ensuring a clean and safe work area
- Creating the maintenance procedures
- Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Not less than 3 years in the Bakery & Pastry sector
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills
- Time management skills
