Your main responsibilities will be pattern manufacturing and Monitoring our staff and technicians in the 6th of October plant.
CNC programming creation by using CAM software for CNC laser and CNC milling machines.
Responsible for the machine Approval and making available of the program and design mold Determining the order of processing, considering that there are no retooling times.
Loading CNC machined programs into the machine and program, ensuring product quality with appropriate test and measurement procedures.

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering Or Production Engineering is a MUST.
Proficiency or previous proven experience in CNC milling (Routers) and Power Mill is a MUST.
Proficiency in SolidWorks is a MUST.
Excellent command of Written And Spoken English is required.
Strong Personality with good Leadership Skills and Initiative spirit.
Able to read and understand technical drawings and manufacturing drawings of mechanical parts.
Familiar with metal inspection and measurement techniques.
Able to work for long working hours under pressure.
Problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in wood manufacturing is welcomed.
Residency in 6th of October or Giza is preferred
