Job Description
- Improvement of daily sales operations
- Better control on staff and partner’s performance
- Improvement of branding and marketing presence in all sales channels
- Sales processes enhancement and improvements
- Focal point with OSN management for urgent operational matters
- SPOC for human resources issues in coordination with HR
- Control and monitor OSN sales locations discipline
- Solid reporting for all operations across OSN sales channels.
- Supporting the daily sales operations at Direct and Indirect sales channels
- Effective monitoring and reporting the operational readiness of all OSN sales locations
- Working on monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets with relevant stakeholders
- Enhancing current processes and practices within the sales functions
- Handling all related marketing activities internally and externally with relevant stakeholders
- Supporting the direct and indirect sales teams in workforce planning and management
- Supporting the knowledge management activities for all OSN sales team and improving internal communication
- Coordinating hiring/ replacement of sales team members to ensure business continuity
- Resolving operational issues impacting sales activities
- Coordinating internally and externally with relevant stakeholders for customer complaint issues
- Coordinating disciplinary actions with HR and engaging with managers/ staff for the same
- Suggesting events and branding improvement initiatives in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Reporting and coordinating with relevant stakeholders’ systems performance and outages
Job Requirements
- Solid knowledge about Egyptian market
- Data-Tracking & Analytical insight
- Trade Marketing experience is desirable
- Reporting and analysis experience
- Sales operations experience
- Knowledge management and communication
- Time management skills
- Able to move around the locations based on a clear schedule
- Bachelor’s degree
- Degree in commerce or marketing is preferred
