Job Description

  1. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  2. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  3. Managing the recruitment and selection process
  4. Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  5. Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  6. Maintaining pay plan and benefits program
  7. Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  8. Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics
  9. Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
  10. Overseeing all employee-related practices, such as recruitment, termination, benefits and retirement plans, and employee relations
  11. Conceiving and implementing a professional HR development plan to ensure high productivity and regulatory compliance
  12. Monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring their proper implementation in the company’s practices
  13. Supervising day-to-day administrative operations to maintain and reinforce good communication with all operations employees
  14. Drafting and maintaining HR paperwork and keeping track of data entry using HRIS
  15. Recommending improvements to policies and practices to make sure the HR department operates as per industry standards

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in HR Management and Administration or other relevant corporate or business setting, such as Personnel or Organizational Development, as an HR and Admin Manager
  • Automotive Background is preferable
  • Nasr City residents or the nearest is preferable
  • Males Candidates only
  • Proven working experience as HR and Admin Manager
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor legislation
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software such as HRMS/HRIS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
