Job Description :
- Prepare and review working shop drawings for projects & its facilities whenever needed.
- Prepare concept, schematic, and detailed design drawings .
- Prepare Furniture Layouts, presentations.
- Revise and issue technical file of each order and send it to factory
- Responsible for the full order until delivery
- Present monthly report to the CEO with full work done during the month
- In case any technical problems, technical office engineer is responsible for arranging between factory and sales engineer until problem is solved
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture is preferred but not a must.
- Previous experience in the interior design, architecture industries.
- We are looking for a designer with at least 2 years of design and sales experience.
- Ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
- Professional selling style and appearance.
- Fluency in AutoCAD and 3D Max is a plus.
