Job Description
- Resolve claims in a timely manner
- Organize and present claim review plans
- Negotiate settlements
- Analyze and investigate complicated insurance claims to help prevent fraud
- Write the accident notification after knowing the details of the accident from the client
- Provide us with copies of driver's licenses and car
- Receive a copy of the repair assay from the reception engineer to send it with
accident notification - Send the appendices of the assays to complete the compensation procedures
- Send a copy of the final invoice to request an exit letter
- Prepare all documents to hand over the original to disburse the compensation value
- Send all compensation to which letters of exit are sent weekly
Job Requirements
- From 0 - 2 years of experience
- Any Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good understanding of insurance claims negotiation and settlement techniques
- Interpersonal and communication skills
