Production Engineer

Job Purpose:

• Achieving production plan allocated to production lines in accordance to the predetermined standards while working on increasing production capacity and decreasing waste.
• Enhance the function of electroplating process and maintain the painting procedures.

Key Accountabilities:

Production:-

• Allocates day to day manpower on different functions on the production lines and solving any rising attendance issues
• Coordination with the Planning Department in developing monthly and annual production plans.
• Follow up the implementation of the monthly and annual production plan.
• Analyzing the reasons for deviations from the required performance rates.
• Develop and follow up the necessary operational plans to correct deviations from the required performance rates.
• Reviewing the systems necessary to control the losses and depreciation of production processes and follow up their implementation.
• Reviewing the systems necessary to control the stock of raw materials and parts inside the production halls and following up on their implementation.
• Reviewing the necessary systems to ensure conformity between actual production and inventory data and the data recorded on the ERP system and following up on their implementation.
• Reviewing the systems necessary to maintain equipment, ensure proper operation, and effectively communicate with the maintenance department to reduce malfunctions, speed repair, achieve preventive maintenance plans and follow up on their implementation.
• Reviewing the production department's needs for equipment and investments with the Maintenance Department and Technical Department ‎.
