We are currently looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our presence in the market.

Job Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for representing Oraby for Leather Products and promoting our premium classic leather footwear to customers. Your role will be to drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and help build lasting relationships with clients, all while maintaining a strong knowledge of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, offering advice on suitable products, and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Sales Performance: Actively promote and sell Oraby’s leather footwear, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and craftsmanship of our classic leather footwear to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Product Display: Assist in organizing and maintaining the store's product displays to create an attractive shopping environment that highlights our products.
  • Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, ensuring that products are restocked as needed and reporting any product shortages or trends to management.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Sales Reporting: Monitor sales progress and provide regular feedback and reports on customer preferences, product demand, and sales performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to achieve company sales goals, contribute to promotional efforts, and maintain a positive work environment.

Job Requirements

 

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, ideally in footwear, fashion, or leather goods.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Sales Ability: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a retail environment.
  • Passion for Footwear: Strong interest in leather products, particularly classic leather footwear, with a desire to learn about the craftsmanship and features of our products.
  • Customer-Oriented: A passion for providing excellent customer service and a dedication to meeting customers' needs.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure a harmonious work environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfort with using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail technology.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with organizing products within the store.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the footwear or leather goods industry is an advantage.
