Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Manager who responsible for overseeing and managing the contracts between our company and its clients and vendors. They ensure that all parties involved in the contract comply with the terms and conditions of the agreement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating and drafting new contracts. Reviewing existing contracts to ensure compliance and identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. Resolving disputes between parties involved in a contract, ensuring that all parties meet their obligations under the contract and maintaining accurate records of all contracts.

Essential Skills:

Bachelor degree in business administration, law, engineering, or related field required Minimum of 5 years experience in contract management or related field Experience in negotiating complex contracts is highly desirable and ideally awareness of ARIBA and ACONEX platforms Outstanding communication, project management and organizational skills
