Devops Engineer

Kortobaa Is a Technology solutions provider focused on web Services, mobile applications, and enterprise solutions, with an emphasis on the creation of E-Commerce and E-Learning and Financial Products and Platforms, With the aim of turning each product into operational startups. The areas to be served are the Middle East and Africa then the rest of the world.

We are looking for a decisive and insightful DevOps engineer to join our Team. The DevOps engineer will be involved in various stages of each product's lifespan and should remain abreast of technological advancements to promote efficiency. You should also keep track of customer reviews to enhance marketability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs.
• Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure.
• Planning the team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities.
• Managing stakeholders and external interfaces.
• Setting up tools and required infrastructure.
• Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible.
• Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management.
• Incidence management and root cause analysis.
• Coordination and communication within the team and with customers.
• Respond to and resolve service issues.
• Monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs.
