Job Description
- Prepare structural RC shop drawings, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and coordination drawings based on the project’s design drawings.
- Coordinate with other trades (civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.) to resolve any conflicts or discrepancies.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and ensure accurate material estimates based on project needs.
- Study and prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) for missing, unclear, or conflicting technical details during construction.
- Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project lifecycle.
- Work flexibly between the takeoff and drafting depending on project requirements.

- 3 to 4 years of experience working in the reinforced concrete field.
- Able to read and understand construction drawings well.
- Skilled in AutoCAD and Revit is a must (min 1 year).
- Experience in ASD is a must (min 1 year).
- Working experience in USA projects is a plus.
