Job Description
- Studying new tender set of drawings and BOQ
- Pricing project different BOQ items with detailed price analysis
- Proposing different suppliers and materials for new projects and tenders
- Formulating time schedules for new tenders and projects
- Developing tender complete package and presenting it
- Reviewing all tender terms and conditions
- Tendering Experience is a must at least 1 years, Recommended using CANDY Software Supervising the tender team and make sure that the team on track.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in architecture/civil engineering. (preferable architecture)
- From 2 to 5 years of previous experience in tendering.
- Preferable to have site background experience.
- Experience in residential and commercial projects is a must.
- Mastering MS Office programs.
- Strong time management and accuracy skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
