Job Description
- Reviews and approves the policies and procedures for the sector's activities and operations, and ensures that they are applied on a permanent basis.
- Delegating tasks to administrative staff and monitoring daily operation
- Making changes to increase efficiency in the workplace
- Developing and promoting policies that ensure positive interaction between administrative staff and other personnel
- Supporting strategic objectives.
- Organizing the workplace so that the workflow is streamlined.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities.
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress toward company goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field may be preferred.
- Experience 10-15 years in the same role.
- Strong planning, critical thinking, problem-solving, and task and time management skills.
- Decision-making player.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong computer proficiency
- Experience with inventory management, database, or similar software is beneficial
