Job Description
- Executing the activities within Purchasing Procedure of Elif Global.
- Knowing the sources of raw materials, intermediates, auxiliary materials and packaging materials; organizing, developing and managing the relationships with suppliers.
- Providing the products that has been requested to be delivered in a timely manner and in the requested quantities to Elif Global.
- Ensuring the purchase of all the necessary repair and maintenance materials in time and in sufficient quantities in order to avoid any interruptions of the production; identifying the critical replacement parts and materials and ensuring the supply of safety stocks.
- Trying to purchase the higher quality products for the best price, negotiating by using his/her power of persuasion and Elif Global payment opportunities.
- Contributing to the identification of minimum inventory levels by considering the rotating cycle in the enterprise.
- In determining the terms of payment for purchases, coordinating with the Finance Department of Elif Global. Trying to arrange the payment terms in accordance with the demand of this department.
- Dealing directly with the suppliers so the applicant should be flexiable with the outdoor missions as it's 50% of the work.
Job Requirements
