Chief Commercial Officer (Real Estate)

• We are looking for an experienced Chief Commercial Officer to add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing marketing efforts. 

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
• Develops the appropriate strategies / analysis to help the company break into a new market, take advantage of opportunities therein to meet predetermined goals and objectives
• Develop goals and objectives, projects and priorities and communicate it properly to Sales and Sales Operations’ teams
• Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums
• Participates in preparing all pricing, payment plans, and promotional offers
• Analyzes market value (Net Present Value – NPV) and put in place a selling strategy/business plan that will give the company a competitive edge in the market place thereby translating into new business/profit to improve the bottom line of the company
• Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
• Prepare and submit plans, budgets, progress reports and annual sales reports
• Develop and conduct sales campaigns, as well as marketing and promotional plans
• Manages daily growth and development of assigned campaigns
• Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities
• Update knowledge sales related legal documentation and property management
• Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums
• Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events
• Influences, communicates, motivates and inspires team members to achieve departmental objectives
