Vendor And Stakeholders Management

• Manage the Signed Protocols between the school & Educational Stakeholders
• Contribute to detailed project plans with related stakeholders in order to track operational progress
• Managing the Accreditation of Curriculum of School & University

Educational Projects Operation

• Follow up the implementation of the plans and operational goals of the educational projects and prepare periodic reports thereon and present them to the top management.
• Set systems and procedures of work to ensure compliance with the company’s approved systems and procedures.
• Develop detailed work plans for all educational projects and the mechanism for follow-up.
• Follow-up schedule of implementation of works and activities for all projects and take the necessary measures to correct project procedures.
• Report and escalate to management as needed due to schedule delay, cost deficiency, out of quality and scope
• Measure all business projects performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Prepare and analyze data and statistics and giving scientific indicators that can verify the extent to which projects have been achieved.
• Create and maintain comprehensive different projects documentation

Resource Allocation

• Participate in allocating and managing the resources required for education projects, whether they are (material - human - or raw materials).
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of education projects
• Ensure that all  Educational projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure resource availability and allocation per each Educational project
• Set a timetable for completing the educational projects while abiding by it.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
