Job Description

  • We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to ensure that sales targets are met and customers are satisfied with their service.
  • You are also responsible for hiring and training staff, assigning shifts and creating a monthly budget.
  • To be successful in this role you must be able to multitask and have experience with business management. A great Retail Manager has excellent customer service skills and is a natural leader.
  • Your role will include additional responsibilities such as:
  • Utilize sales data to manage, develop, and serve existing accounts.
  • Identify and secure new account opportunities for the business.
  • Oversee staff training, recruitment of employees, and employees’ appraisal.
  • Work with trader network to gain chain wide distribution of company products in emerging markets.
  • Liaise with Sales Managers on all promotional opportunities.
  • Submits reports and analysis of various retail business channels to management on a regular basis including sales reports and forecasting.
  • Conducts regular market research and make recommendations of new trends and products that would enhance the overall sales.
  • Support Retail Department in securing and implementing promotional programs in key market areas.
  • Responsible of the showrooms display from presentation, updates of products, promotions and manning in all branches.
  • Assist in preparation of the department annual budget forecast and monitor implementation.
  • Conduct communication, up-selling and customer service training on one on-one basis to all showrooms employees through online and / or meeting room sessions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information of company related, including but not limited, to:
  • Salary / Business Results / Access Code, Username or Passwords / Back-up data / Business Records / Policies/ Forms & Formats / Manuals / Verbal work communications.
  • Health and Safety Environment: work in full compliance to environmental, health and safety regulations as per country laws.
  • Follow, respect and demonstrate company rules and regulations at all time

Job Requirements

  • College degree holder or equivalent.
  • Good English communication skills and computer literacy is a must,
  • having previous experience is an asset.
  • Within the age group of (35-48yrs old).
  • No gender preference. (if female – no veil)
