Job Description
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Maintain professional relationship with every customer.
- Have to fulfill customer’s queries over phone and maintain email to follow up contacts, sales and quires.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members
