Job Description
- Track sales, monitor & report performance on weekly basis & provide needed stock to all stores
- Provide periodical analysis reports to the management team and suggest special offers and promotions drive sales
- Be aware of the stock situation and secure the right assortment in each store
- Defining and monitoring monthly performance while identifying and conducting root cause analysis on deviations ensuring all departments are aligned with the expected trajectory.
- Conduct inventory analysis to determine optimal stock levels in the entire business.
- Analyze operational expenses and cost of inventory to identify losses and develop a strategy for increased profits.
- Create the detailed Barcode.
- Follow up the regular procedure of inventory count.
- Liaising with sales, customers, and suppliers regarding delivery dates and accurate product costing
- Focusing on the commercial side of the business and working closely with the Sales to deliver profitable results.
- Overseeing deliveries and bookings for all major retail partners
- Monitoring and analyzing supplier performance
- Monitoring the cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods
Job Requirements
Job Specification:
- 2-4 Years of Experience in Fashion Retail as a Retail Merchandiser.
- Bachelor’s degree in business studies, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Must have experience using #Retail_Pro_System, how to use pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting in Excel.
Competencies :
- Have a detailed understanding of Analysis and Stock Counts.
- Ability to multi-task and follow up with tight project schedules.
