Job Description
Purpose:
Is to oversee the support and operations within of Khales. The role ensure that all systems necessary to support its operations and objectives are in place. The goal is to ensure that that all Operational KPIs, and Technical support for Khales business strategy are met to facilitate the success of the business.
Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Making sure that IT operations are stable and functioning
- Making sure that Service Level Agreements are met
- Leading and coaching employees
- Responsible for Operation KPIs and reporting of team performance
- Handling escalations
- Point of contact for (IT) Management for IT-operations topics and escalation management
- Lead information security design, operations and compliance.
Job Requirements
Education
- At least a BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
Experience
- Experience in a similar position (at least 10 years-13)
- Technical knowledge in Payments and FinTech, or Telecom operations industries
- Project management experience
Knowledge & Abilities
- Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- A strong strategic and business mindset
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- High customer and service orientation
- Fluent English (written and oral)
