To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in providing support to the Category Manager in order to ensure efficiency, timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing plans. He/ She assists in performing all aspects of marketing programs for specified products. This entails a detailed understanding of the category dealt with. He/ She assists in developing category marketing plans for a range of products and in delivery of the product plans.

What you will do:
- Category Plan: assist in the preparation of the annual brand marketing plan ensuring conformance with market share and budget requirements.
- Marketing Support Activities: assist in the development of marketing support activities which enable direct sales for business units.
- Product Development: assist in providing input to development strategy across product range handled to ensure new or enhanced products meet category requirements.
- Product Launch: track implementation of product launch to ensure efficient, timely and cost-effective product launch.
- Product Performance: collect information on the product performance to ensure effectiveness.
- Product Performance: provide appropriate information to analyze product performance.
- Promotions: assist in the preparation of promotional plans and marketing materials in support of new and existing products and services so that customer awareness of the offering is maximized.
- Brand Image: ensure all marketing activities relating to the promotion of products and services related to own category are consistent with the brand image of FHH.
Job Requirements
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or in Business related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years stretching experience in a similar position in the FMCG sector.
- Excellent standard of Written and Spoken English.
- Advanced computer skills.
