Job Description
A Well known Saudi company operating across 15 sectors, including construction, energy, chemicals, and mining, is actively looking for an experiencedQC Civil Supervisor, yourprimary responsibility is to oversee and manage the quality control processes, procedures, and personnel involved in civil construction projects.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement quality control plans.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Conduct inspections and audits for defect identification.
- Collaborate with project managers to address quality issues.
- Lead and manage the QC team.
- Provide training and guidance to QC staff.
- Schedule and assign tasks efficiently.
- Maintain meticulous records of QC activities.
- Prepare and submit regular QC reports.
- Stay updated on regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor construction compliance with codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with regulatory authorities during inspections.
- Identify areas for process improvement.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Promote a culture of quality and safety awareness among the project team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related fieldwith a minimum of seven (7) years of inspection experience.
- OR, a high school diploma with a minimum of ten (10) years of inspection experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in supervising construction activities, such as those related to oil, gas, and petrochemical projects, infrastructure, or communication projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in quality control tools and techniques.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates with Aramco Approval.
