Job Description

▪ Foster the referral process and nurture the positive word-of-mouth about our company, programs and centers by keeping an ongoing link of communication with all parents, delivering exemplary customer service, ensuring their utmost satisfaction when possible and handling their concerns.

▪ Act as the frontline management authority with all external guests or clients, scheduling & conducting tours of the center and explaining our program/services, guiding prospective clients (parents) through the application process; administering the application procedures, coordinating requirements & forms, and setting up & monitoring all required documentation for students’ files ensuring to maintain them always complete and up-to-date.

▪ Monitor and manage enrollment numbers, budgeted targets, attendance, class / program placements, transition of children between classes / programs, waiting lists, etc., and working diligently to ensure full enrollment in all programs & services.

▪Coordinate supportive administrative services of the Center, including reception and other office support services.

▪Ensures that all Childcare Licensing and government requirements are being followed.
▪Coordinate announcements on the center’s billboard, ensuring all postings and brochures are current and up-to-date, and stay abreast of what’s happening in the center & the community to keep families informed.
▪Assists with marketing events as needed and/or requested

 

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of extensive experience in a related field.

Proficiency in both written & spoken English & Arabic. French is a definite plus.

Excellent working knowledge of the computer and its applications, and in particular word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.

▪Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.


▪Ability to self-motivate, establish priorities, work independently and proceed with achieving objectives & meeting deadlines with minimum supervision.


▪Remarkable professional work ethics & business sense, demonstrating honesty, integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
