Our client is a premier supplier and distributor of Wagyu and Black Angus beef, lamb, and turkey in the UAE and Qatar regions. They are looking for a Retail Marketing Specialist to join their team in Dubai.
The Retail Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to boost consumer engagement, sales, and brand awareness in retail environments. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, innovation, and hands-on execution experience to launch meat, poultry and other perishable products with a good contacts with retail chains in UAE Retail market. Experience as a distributor supplying retail chains or working in retail with exposure to B2B sales and key customer management abilities is preferred.
- Develop and implement retail marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing plans with sales, supply chain, and other departments.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, displays, and events to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Work closely with store management to ensure proper execution of marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Utilize digital platforms to promote in-store events, exclusive offers, and engage with customers.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify and establish partnerships with relevant retain outlets, brands, influencers, or local businesses to enhance the retail marketing strategy.
- Negotiate and manage promotional collaborations to broaden brand reach.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget for retail initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
- Track expenses and provide regular reports on budget performance.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytic tools to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail marketing, with a focus on creating and implementing effective strategies.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Creativity and a passion for staying abreast of industry innovations.
