Job Description
- Establish a collaborative relationship with prospective clients from various sources such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Describe the advantages and disadvantages of different policies to promote the sale of insurance plans.
- Respond to clients’ insurance-related questions and issues.
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients.
- Customize insurance contracts to match the requirements of the holder
- Fill-out and submit applications, issue quotes, maintain client records and prepare reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business or relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in insurance sales or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of the different types of insurance plans including motor and no motor.
- Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in English language.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
