Job Description

LXT is an emerging leader in the provision of AI training data to power intelligent technology for global organizations, including the largest technology companies in the world. We are currently seeking a manager to lead a team of Account Managers to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The manager’s role is to oversee all pilot projects and onboarding activities of any new client or new request that come to LXT.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • A percentage of the time will be allocated to handle pilot projects by the Account Management Lead him/herself, especially during the initial phase of building the team
  • Conduct the necessary communication to understand customer detailed requirements
  • Develop cost estimates of pilot projects
  • Onboard new clients on new pilot projects
  • Develop the working process flow of pilot projects
  • Develop the timeline and work breakdown structure of pilot projects
  • Coordinate with Operational Excellence Leads to set quality metrics and controls
  • Follow up on pilot projects deliverables quality
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of pilot projects according to customer needs and objectives within set budget
  • Clearly communicate the progress of pilot projects to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Hire a team of pilot project managers
  • Coach project managers and work with them to establish and execute their development plans
  • Prepare regular KPIs reports to department Director
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Job Requirements

Required Skills

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Project Manager and Team Lead/Manager
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail and quality
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Engineering or relevant field
  • PMP is highly recommended
  • MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
  • Proven experience in a tech leadership role
  • Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
  • Understanding of budgets and business-planning
  • Ability to conduct technological analysis and research
  • Leadership and organizational abilities
  • Strategic thinking
  • Strong Problem-solving skills
  • 8+ years of experience
