Job Description

  • Design a new modern and efficient Product process, using and benefiting from the Odoo ERP features.
  • Provide deep product expertise needed to lead the organization and make strategic product decisions through analyzing market and competitive conditions.
  • Prioritize the most strategically valuable feature ideas. Meet with sales, marketing, legal, and leadership to evaluate the viability of feature ideas.
  • Set the strategy, roadmap, and features for the product laying out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands.
  • Owns the roadmap and must prioritize building what matters most to achieve the strategic goals and initiatives behind the product.
  • Responsible for guiding the success of his/her product and leading the cross-functional teams between operation, marketing, sales, call centre and support teams to ensure product success.
  • Develop business cases to justify planned developments for presentation to management
  • Responsible for business planning, forecasting, and profit and loss (P&L) of his/her product.
  • Creating the estimated budget for the whole Project
  • Plan what his/her team will deliver and the timeline for implementation.
  • Responsible for defining the release process and coordinating all of the activities required to bring the product into market. This involves bridging gaps between different functions within the organization and aligning all of the teams involved.
  • Work closely with Technician on the technical specifications to ensure that teams have all of the information they need to deliver a complete product to market.
  • Conducting Market Research, including product trends, competitive offerings, and pricing and promotion strategies
  • Knowledge and help design the product using the best industry practices
  • Communicate the status of ideas back to the customers, partners, and internal team members who submitted them.
  • Ensure that feedback and requests are seamlessly integrated into his/her product planning and development processes. 
  • Responsible for guiding the success of his/her product and leading the cross-functional teams between call center, operation, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure product success.
  • Planning and managing the Application process with all departments to create new ideas based on the market needs  
  • Participate in improving process mapping and implementation including all the company departments
  • Monitors the planned product activities/ expenditure in accordance with sales results, assessing the products ROI.

Job Requirements

Academic and professional qualifications:

  • University Graduate in a related field or equivalent knowledge and training

Experience:

  • +8 years’ experience in the same field
