Job Description

  • Identifying potential clients through research on the internet or telephone-based research.
  • Contacting potential clients and sending them information about the company and its services.
  • Solicit orders from these clients by following up on the initial contact and providing them with more detailed information and samples.
  • Dealing with price quote requests from potential clients, monitoring the progress of other departments in supplying the necessary information, clarifying missing information with the client, and preparing an offer to be approved by management.
  • Manage all communications & correspondences with customers.
  • Explore new potential markets & customers.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the business development team.
  • Building Relations with the B2B.
  • Opening deals with the B2B, Governmental institute & NGO's.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Own objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of the business development team.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Makes in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers and presents reports and prepares presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring that customer requests are responded to in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Negotiation and planning for short and long-term subscriptions.
  • Analyze customer needs and convert them into business opportunities and solutions
    in order to achieve the annual target
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Attack youth communities and build a long relationships with the remarkable connections
  • Support the other departments' requests if they need any deals with the corporates.

Job Requirements

  • Banking, Telecommunication, or insurance background ( is a must )
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Excellent Good Communication, Interpersonal & Presentation skills.
  • Cool-tempered and has the ability to handle different situations.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
